

Salmon, Crab and Shrimp Quiche
‣8 ounce can of salmon
‣8 ounce can crab meat or fresh crab
‣6 medium shrimp (boiled, deveined and chopped)
‣1 cup of longhorn cheese (white cheddar)
‣3 eggs
‣1 1/2 cup of cream half ‘n half milk
‣1/4 cup chopped onions
‣1/4 cup thinly sliced green pepper
‣1 teaspoon flour
‣1 pinch kosher salt
‣1 pinch pepper
‣9-inch pie crust
‣Great for Brunch!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix together salmon, crab, shrimp, cheese, onion, green pepper, flour, salt and pepper. Pour into pie crust. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs and cream. Pour over seafood/cheese mixture. Bake in 400-degree oven for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 325 degrees and cook until the top of the quiche is brown. Serves 4 to 6.
