Salmon, Crab and Shrimp Quiche

  1. 8 ounce can of salmon

  2. 8 ounce can crab meat or fresh crab

  3. 6 medium shrimp (boiled, deveined and chopped)

  4. 1 cup of longhorn cheese (white cheddar)

  5. 3 eggs

  6. 1 1/2 cup of cream half ‘n half milk

  7. 1/4 cup chopped onions

  8. 1/4 cup thinly sliced green pepper

  9. 1 teaspoon flour

  10. 1 pinch kosher salt

  11. 1 pinch pepper

  12. 9-inch pie crust

  1. Great for Brunch!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix together salmon, crab, shrimp, cheese, onion, green pepper, flour, salt and pepper. Pour into pie crust. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs and cream. Pour over seafood/cheese mixture. Bake in 400-degree oven for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 325 degrees and cook until the top of the quiche is brown. Serves 4 to 6.
